NBA a nice 3-1-1 or 4-1 depending on your line. More on that.  The other 3 winners finally made for a nice NBA night.  The Phil/Mil Over was a really good play, and brings me to another point I want to make.

When you see me add additional information, like the 16-4 BTB record, I do that to give you more confidence in the play. You can add a bit more to it, make it  2U, or just play that with a few other plays you like.  I have a buddy that lives in Florida and he has been following my plays for some time now. We usually talk after I get off work at 1am, 4am his time as he is just getting up to start his day. He mentioned to me he played the pace play Under in the NCAA and the Phil/Mil Over. I asked him why just those 2,  and he said they were by far the 2 strongest plays. He absolutely loves the pace Under play and hammers it every time he sees it. He also really liked the 16-4 BTB numbers I provided for the other play, so he played that one too.  I have another friend that will ask me for my favorite play of the day, and today he texted me around 3pm. I told him the Over play in the NBA and the Under play in the NCAA.  He didn't want everything, just my favorite plays.

The NCAAB was a split out, Western Carolina lost by nearly 50.  VMI wins outright in a blowout as a 20 point dog. Try to make sense out of those 2 results.

Ok, about the Hou/Bos line.  I explained where I get the numbers. I don't usually make my plays until later, depending on what I think the lines will do. A general rule of thumb is to wait on Unders, and play Overs sooner. The main reason is that most of the time totals rise. The public loves them. So I log into my account, and play the Under 230 before I left for work around 3:45pm for a 5pm game.  After the game another buddy of mine texts me to thank me for a 5-1 night (I gave him the Atl/Chi over too, he specifically asked about that game). I'm thinking everyone got 230, and was surprised that I put down 229 on here. So I changed the number to the line that I played, I figured everyone got that number. I was wrong, as Andrew pointed out to me so I changed it back.

The main point I want to make is that the only line that matters is the line that YOU got. Not mine, not some arbitrary line here, not what your buddy got. What you got.  I wanted the record to reflect a win because I did win that game. At the end of the day, the only record that matters is yours.

I'm not a tout service, looking to drum up sales by posting remarkable winning records.  My goal here is to provide you quality information, game selections based on sound reasoning and a winning history, thoughtful analysis on whatever topic I choose to talk about, and most importantly to make this a fun and profitable endeavor.

I have no problem with the person asking about the line change. Fair question, and I answered it honestly. I would like to thank those that came to my defense, I appreciate it but to be fair the man did have a point. And Andrew, my apologies for assuming you got 230. Clearly I was incorrect.  To the other person who left a comment without signing in, thank you also for your kind words. Mr Sniff, thanks for the support. You mentioned a Paypal link for a gratuity. Perhaps in the future if someone would like send a gratuity or something as a thank you, I'll do that. For now, I would just like to focus on bringing everyone solid information and winners.

I created this Blog so I can share my knowledge and passion for sports and wagering on them. I wanted to gain a following of like minded people, people who love sports and enjoy the challenge of picking the right side. I spend an enormous amount of time and energy on this.  Researching plays, compiling a database of situations that are profitable, etc..

We had a nice winning day.  Thanks to all of you for stopping by.  I'll be back tomorrow with the day's plays.
