---------------------------------------------------------------------------------
A nice winning day to end the week.  I started this blog 1 month ago, and the basketball has won about 12.5 units. That my friends is a very solid record, and I'll take that every month. That's an average of about 3 units per week, and on its face that doesn't sound very sexy. But if you can average 3 units per week regardless of the sport or time of year, you would win over 150 units for the year.

I did a week of NHL and it was, to put it bluntly, god awful. I also had the roughest football season I've had in some time too.  Its something I will look at after the season, and I'm confident they will be back on track next season.  For these next 2 months, I just want to focus on basketball.

I tell everyone that follows me, you really have to play every game every day. Last year I had a few people quit on my baseball after a rough start, and they missed out on 4 months of the best baseball on the forum. Better than even the almighty Pennywise.

I realize that I play a LOT of games, and its the reason I stress money management and playing within your bankroll. If you are a $100/unit player, you really need a bankroll of $5,000. That is 2% of bankroll. Playing 2% will get you through the rough patches, as well as allow you to play a large volume of games on any given day. On a Saturday we will have 25-30 games. We had 26 games Saturday, which would be a big chunk of your bankroll. The net was a 1 unit loss.  We have had days where we have had 14 NCAA games and have won 10 of them. Its rare we have a big losing day, but if we do we usually have good days right after.

The goal is to grow your bankroll and double it. Once you double your initial bankroll, you can double your unit size. A $5,000 bankroll ($100/unit) that has doubled to $10,000 now has a unit size of $200. Your bankroll should be money separate from your day to day responsibilities. It should be money you are not afraid to wager. Ok, enough of that.

Here are the plays I have so far:

                                          NBA
Detroit/Milwaukee UNDER 212: (62-23, 16-8)
Los Angeles Clippers/Utah UNDER 207.5: (52-24, 8-6)
Boston -1.5: (36-10, 8-3)
Boston/Dallas UNDER 209: (62-23, 16-8)
Memphis -8.5: (61-27, 8-6)
Memphis/Brooklyn OVER 209: (54-33, 10-4)
New Orleans +2.5: (34-12, 5-2)
New Orleans/Phoenix OVER 219: (28-18, 4-3)
Atlanta +2.5: (18-7, 4-2)
Atlanta/Portland OVER 217: (17-8, 3-3)
San Antonio -2.5: (80-39, 11-6)

Big NBA card so far, all lines are out so this should be the final list. Not a single NCAA game. If anything shows up later I will post as soon as I get them.  Have a great day and good luck with your action.
