This Week: 16-8 (+10.92)
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Another outstanding day as we went 8-4 good for +5.53 units of baseball. We did lose our WNBA play as Indiana got stomped. Nevertheless we will take the combined 8-5 (+4.43) and move on to Wednesday. 16-8 good for almost 11 units of profit to start the week. We have been on an incredible run over the last 3+ weeks, its got to be close to 30 units of profit. $100 players are up over $1000 the last 2 days.

We hit a few nice RL plays, including that late HR in Toronto for the win. Totals continue to struggle and if that continues I will have to give that a hard look. Totals were not good last year either.

I am exhausted so I will cut this short. Plays will be out early as there are a few morning games. Let's keep it rolling as we look to end May on a winning note.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I hope everyone enjoyed their weekend. Today was a great start to the week, a fantastic 8-3 day good for 6.49 units. I posted 2 plays on Twitter - Oak/Clev Under, LAA -108 - and they went 1-1. The baseball is down just 6 units, May has been a tremendous month for us.

Tell me everyone played San Diego and didn't pass because of the big price. That was obviously a huge win at nearly 2/1 odds. Think about that, if you go 1-1 on a play like that you still pick up nearly a unit. That is the power of dogs and getting plus money on plays. Our RL plays are 5 games below 50% yet we have earned over 4 units of profit on those games. The totals show a small profit, and the ML plays are getting better.

2 weeks ago ML plays were nearly -25 units, today they are -11.78. We have picked up 14 units the last 2 weeks on ML plays. We went from -4.39 on RL plays to the current +4.39, a 8.78 unit gain in 2 weeks. The totals have slipped a bit losing 6.7 units, but overall we have gained 15+ units the last 2 weeks, and over the last 3 weeks nearly 20 units.

We have a long way to go, 4 months as the baseball grind continues. We are on a nice streak, and over the next 4 months we will have our share of tough days and rough stretches. Not every day will be like this, not every week like the last 3. Every day is a new challenge. But its nice to see that we are moving in the right direction.

Everything starts later in the day, so I will get the play list ready by early afternoon. Also, don't forget to check my Twitter for any games that did not meet my deadline for posting. Umpire assignments, line movement, etc... can add plays to the list.

12:00PM UPDATE:
                                  MLB - TOP PLAY
Toronto (-1.5) +100
San Diego +129

                                  MLB - REG PLAY

Arizona -107
Arizona (-1.5) +151
Seattle/Colorado UNDER 11

                                      WNBA
Indiana +3.5

Yesterday the Team Trends worked out well, so that is the reason for the expanded card. I am tracking them on a spreadsheet at home and will post the results weekly, probably in my Sunday night weekly recap.  So far so good, but I do prefer the league wide systems that I usually use.

San Diego pops up again, its the same angle as yesterday. Toronto fits both a team trend and a system play, a team that had several multi run innings. Happ returns from the DL, and I usually play against these pitchers, but playing the RL we have no juice so lets hope Happ can get us 5 and have the BP finish the game.   Its a pretty strong situation.

The Reg Plays are a mix of Team Trends and Angle Plays, a 50/50 mix.

The WNBA play is a solid play, hitting at 78% since 2011 and 11 of the last 14.

Another active play list, Have a Great Day and Good Luck with your action.

A nice 2-1-1 day wrapping up another successful week. 17-16 (+2.46) MLB and 2-0 WNBA. Combined we went 19-16 (+4.46) all sports. Nothing wrong with that folks. My Memorial Day post gives my thoughts on how the year has gone and where we are headed. Good things ahead.

Here are the Memorial Day games, I don't have any early plays.

                                 MLB - TOP PLAY
Pittsburgh -108
San Diego +190

I have no problem playing San Diego today, that line probably goes up. Coming home off a win, pitching matchup isn't that lopsided. Cosart been pitching pretty well. Just an inflated price. We are playing on a dog that doesn't have a great WP but is playing well lately. Maybe the Cubs get back on track after getting swept, but thats a huge price to lay on the road. Pirates in a good spot, Arizona coming in off a tough series with Milwaukee. 2 teams that just lost by many. Both are nice situational plays.

                                  MLB - REG PLAY
Atlanta/Los Angeles Angels UNDER 8
Cincinnati/Toronto OVER 9
Toronto (-1.5) +111
Seattle +130
Miami -148
Miami (-1.5) +146
Arizona/Pittsburgh OVER 9

Several of these fit strong team situational plays. The Angels play to the Under a lot when they have a 6pm twilight start. Since 2014 games are 30-13 to the Under including 2-0 TY.

Big slate of games, 9 plays total. Have a Great Memorial Day and Good Luck with your action.

Memorial Day 5/29/17, A Good Time For Reflection

Let me start by thanking all of the service men and women for their service to our country. Those currently serving, those that have served, and those that gave the ultimate sacrifice for our country and way of life. It's a time to show our appreciation for all that they do.

As May winds down and we enter June, the baseball overall has obviously been disappointing. We are currently down a little less than 15 units. Which is around 20 units better than last year if you can believe that. On June 4 last year we were down 34!! Units. Yes folks, 34 units in the Red. We proceeded to pick up 27 units over the next 30 days to put the record at -7 units, and by August 1 we were up 10.22 units for the year. Another 17 units of profit in July, 44 units over a 2 month span.

We are currently on a nice 3 week run, it's around 20 units of profit over that span. From down around 34 to down 14. We are trending in the right direction, just like last year and I don't see why we can't continue this positive momentum. Today was another solid winning day to close our 3rd consecutive excellent week.

For those of you that have been here from the start, again I appreciate your support. Those of you just finding your way here, this is the time to jump on because I feel good about duplicating our performance from last year. The bad days are behind us, we are trending up and this summer should be very good.

I'll post the Monday plays early in the morning before the 10am games. Have a fantastic Memorial Day.

WNBA Season Record: 3-2 (+.8)
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------
We lost a couple tough beats on a couple Unders last night. Mets up 4-3 B9 and the closer comes in and can't get a save. They lost in extras, serves those pricks right. The Giants were cruising along 5-0 in the 8th, and again we get another bullpen that can't get the job done. The Dodgers Under was solid throughout while the Brewers handled Arizona easily enough. StL/Col could have played a DH, combine the scores, and still not get there.

So a disappointing 2-3 on a night we should have come out ahead. No worries, lets close out the week with these 4 games below. We are having a solid week.

                                 MLB - REG PLAY
Washington (-1.5) +117

WNBA Season Record: 3-2 (+.8)
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I added a total on Twitter, both losses on the totals just missed. 2-2 MLB with a small juice loss on the day.  The WNBA went 2-0, and I am kicking myself for not making the Total a 2U play. I had 2 system matches for that game on both the side and total.

I mentioned in my writeup that the only reason I passed on adding a unit was the line movement. The Over had hit 10 out of the last 11 times this play has come up, and the other system the Over had hit 9 out of 11. Pretty strong numbers.

Not a monster night, but overall we went 4-2 and picked up 1.8 units. That puts the weekly record for all sports at 15-13 good for 4.41 units. Nothing wrong with that. I'll be back in the morning with the Saturday card. Congrats to all of you that never wavered in your support, we have had a tremendous month.

ML: 54-68 (-18.09)
RL: 22-30 (+.56)
O/U: 29-24 (+2.8)

WNBA Season Record: 1-2 (-1.2)
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------
A winning day as we went 4-3 including another 2U Best Bet winner. We picked up 1.7 units putting the MLB record this week at 11-10 good for a 2.61 unit profit. Since May 8 - which was the day I returned from Reno with a broken laptop - MLB has gone 49-35 for a 19.72 unit profit.

Now I know we are still in a hole, down 14+ units on the season. We were down over 30+ units in a little over a month. Believe me that is by far the worst stretch of baseball I have ever had, eclipsing last year's 34 unit beating over the first 2 months. It only took me one month this year to accomplish that feat. For those of you that followed me last year, you know that since that opening 2 month shit show we picked up over 60 units of profit over the rest of the season.

This year we are trending in the same direction, an opening stretch of putrid results followed by a steady climb out of the red and into the black. We aren't there yet, but my goal is to get to a positive by the end of June.  Last year on June 4 I was down 34.41 units. By the end of the month I was down 10.71, over a span of 30 days I picked up 23.7 units of profit. Over the next 30 days the season record was +7.25, good for a 18 unit profit over that 30 day span.

Over a 60 day span, following the low point of the season, I picked up 41.7 units of profit. That isn't blasting away with 10 unit plays, or 5k plays, or whatever random amount you want to use......it was with 1U or 2U plays.

So as you can see, despite the awful start I can get us out of a deficit. I see no reason why that can't happen again. If you would like to see last year's MLB thread you can find it here.

I will have the Friday baseball ready by early afternoon, everything starts in the evening. Also, check my Twitter 15-30 minutes before 1st pitch for any late plays after umpire assignments have been announced.

2:30PM UPDATE:
                                   MLB - REG PLAY
Washington (-1.5) -105
Tampa Bay/Minnesota OVER 8.5
Arizona/Milwaukee UNDER 8.5

Ariz/Mil has been bouncing between 8.5 and 9. Wait on this and if it gets to 9 get it. If it stays at 8.5 its still a play but obviously 9 a much better number. Scherzer has been 7-2 on the RL in this situation so as a small fav its a good value play. TB/Minn has several angles pointing to an Over tonight. The Under an umpire play.  Check my Twitter for any plays after umpires are announced, depending on when my database updates it can be anywhere from 10-30 min before game time.

                                        WNBA
Seattle -5
New York/Seattle OVER 152

Seattle line now 5 get it before it goes any higher. The total has dropped 4 points from the open, but I have a very strong play on the Over. I was almost going to make it a 2U play, but the line movement a little strange.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------
1-5 and we took some very tough beats last night. Atlanta up 5-3 T9 and the bullpen blows the lead and they lose in extras. There are few things I hate more than watching relievers walk batters with a lead. Throw strikes. St Louis blew multiple scoring chances and that game should have sailed over, but it pushed and I hope you all got 7 not the closing 7.5. SF/Chi is a push in the 9th, then we get a 2 out/2R HR from SF for the loss......so the breaks certainly did not go our way. Its the nature of baseball, and last night was a tough one.

On to today where we have several games to play.  I got up late and missed the early games, it looks like we would have split out so no worries there. Here is what we have for today.

                                   MLB - TOP PLAY
Chicago Cubs -113 (FAV ONLY)
Los Angeles Dodgers -148

                                  MLB - REG PLAY
San Francisco/Chicago Cubs OVER 7.5
Boston (-1.5) -101
Texas/Boston OVER 9
Arizona -106 (2U)
Arizona/Milwaukee OVER 8.5

Arizona a 2U play, they had a lot of stuff pop up in their favor. This is the final list, Have a Great Day and Good Luck with your action.
