THIS WEEK: 40-39 (+8.69)
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The All Star Break comes at a great time and gives us all a chance to unwind and take a few days off from the grind. We managed to pick up a few dollars yesterday thanks to the continued success of the Best Bets that went 2-1 yesterday.  The other Top Plays weren't very good, but we did hit our lone regular play on the Over in Tampa Bay, a nice late inning win.

We end the week with another solid profit winning 8.69 units. The baseball has been great after that dismal start, and as I have mentioned several times it was due for a reversal. My goal was to get us out of the red by months end and we managed to do that. ML plays a bit disappointing, RL plays OK, and the totals have been really good.

The overall MLB record is 280-289 (+12.52), there is absolutely nothing wrong with being up 12.52 units at this stage of the season. That is an average of 4 units per month or roughly 1 per week. The WNBA is at break even and should be better, but we have suffered some gawd awful beats over there. The CFL is 6-4 (+4.2), 60% winners is great and the unit count really good considering the 6-4. We have hit a couple nice 2U winners.

All things considered +16.72 units combined for all 3 sports over the past 3 months.

NBA went 414-356 (53.7%) and a profit of +30.3 units in the regular season. Post season was 33-39 for a -8 unit loss. Combined the NBA went 452-395 (53.3%) and a net profit overall of +22.3 units. It was not my best season overall, but still we turned a nice profit.

NCAAB regular season went 214-157 (57.6%) and a profit of +42.3 units. Post season was very disappointing at 26-37 (-15.57). Combined the NCAAB went 240-194 (55.2%) and a profit of +26.73 units. One of my better regular seasons and a terrible post season. That will absolutely be cleaned up for next year and I can assure you that won't happen again.

Combine all of my basketball plays and the record was 692-589 (54%) and a net profit of +49.03 units. Now 54% may not sound great, but most people lose at basketball. If you can hit 54% using -105 you will do very well. Even -110 will earn a nice profit, but if you aren't getting -105 you really need to shop around. I believe my basketball was graded on -110 so those of you getting less than -110 did much better than +49.

Many people tell me that they really struggle with basketball, as well as baseball. Basketball and baseball are every day sports, and its really hard to analyze these games from strictly a statistical perspective. Teams perform in a certain way in certain situations. Its why IMO the systems I have created perform as well as they do. Athletes are not robots, they have highs and lows and have form cycles. Its why the 10 game fade works so well in baseball. After a long winning streak followed by a couple losses, teams underperform. I showed you that with the Yankees, Rockies and Astros.

When you put it ll together: NBA, NCAAB, MLB, CFL, WNBA.......The combined record for all sports is 999-899 (+65.75 units).  We have a high volume of plays, which is why I stress time and again money management and not over playing your bankroll. Ideally you should have a dedicated bankroll for your sports investments and each wager should be 2/2.5% of your bankroll. To bet $100/unit you should have a $4,000 to $5,000 bankroll. $50 players should have half of that. It gets you through rough stretches, like our early baseball, and allows you to weather those storms and profit on the hot streaks like the past 2 weeks. When your bankroll grows, then your unit amount can increase along with it.

Folks I don't just post games here for the hell of it. I don't do this for my ego, it takes a lot of time to produce this blog. I am here to help the many people that struggle with something they love to do, wager on sports. Those of you in my community don't gamble, we invest. I look at my plays as a portfolio. I have hundreds of systems for all sports. Some over perform, some perform as expected, and yes some under perform. At the end of the day its not how each individual system performed, just as in your retirement portfolio its not how each individual account performed, the important point is how did they do collectively?? Our portfolio, if you will, has amassed 65.75 units of profit. If you are a $100/unit player you have earned $6,575 in a little over 8 months when you consider the basketball season started in November.

My goal here is to show you what you can earn by investing your money using an approach based on factors that have shown a long term winning record. I get emails all of the time from people telling me about unbelievable winning streaks. How on earth do I know if they are telling the truth or are just full of shit?? I don't.

Every play I give out is 100% documented. All of them are posted well in advance, on this site and on Twitter. Full transparency folks, its the only way I can gain your trust. I wager on every game I put out there, this isn't fantasy sports wagering.  Its real world stuff. I take this very seriously, and if I didn't not one of you would waste your time with me.

I provide each and every one of you a plan designed to make you money. My profit plan consists of a playlist based on long term winning factors, as well as a money management system that will always keep you in play and earn you a profit. I tell you how much to wager on each play in a responsible way. I don't give out bullshit 10* or 25 * plays. I don't give you 5K plays or 10k plays. I don't give out Locks, or a Game Of The Week or Year. Do you have any idea what you would win or lose with plays graded as such?  You have no friggin idea. Grading plays that way is nonsense and marketing bullshit. I know I rant about those things, but it just drives me nuts. I will tell you if I really like a game, as you have seen when I go into detail about a specific game. But I will never oversell you a game. I've seen many Locks and 50* plays go down in flames.

I'm actually helping the guys that put down those crazy unit and dollar counts, because some of them are finally adding how much $100 players and such would earn. Yes, even people that sell plays come here and are interested in what we do. You know you are doing something right when touts come here and check you out.

I started this site 6 months ago and the traffic I've generated is more than I had expected. I appreciate all of you supporting the site. Thankfully, you do choose to come here and invest your time and resources to gain an advantage on the sports betting markets. Again, I appreciate all of you that come here. We have gained a lot of new followers after our hot stretch the past few months and specifically the past 2 weeks. I don't have a group of experts helping me out, all of the work here is 100% done by myself.

As the summer winds down the NFL/NCAAF season starts up, and I will have that covered for you as well.

I will be back Wednesday if any WNBA plays pop up, otherwise its back to business on Thursday. Enjoy the break, enjoy the All Star game, and I will see you all on Wednesday. Have a Great Day.

  3. Biz,
I have seen a lot of touts and guys on forums posting picks. You are one of my favorite people I've ever come across on sports betting. You just come out and say exactly what's on your mind without a filter, absolutely love it as a lot of what you say is right on point.

I just found this site about a month ago and am very impressed. You produce solid picks, a no nonsense wagering plan, and profits. What more could I ask for??

Glad I found this site, guys like you are difficult to find. Keep up the fine work and count me in as a regular part of your community as you say. Continued success.
