Well folks overall we squeezed out close to a unit of profit for the week. I know that isn't exciting, and the ROI isn't great. But as I've said many times, any win is better than a loss. Those of you that have been with me from the start are sick of hearing it, but we have several new folks visiting daily and I just want them to understand that we are not going to crush it or even win every week. Its an ongoing process, the goal is to steadily build up the bankroll. Weeks like this, picking up a small win isn't a bad thing at all.

The NBA playoffs didn't start out great but far from disastrous. We were 3-4 Saturday and once again Sunday finished a game below 50%. Folks, its nothing to be alarmed over. We had an outside chance at getting the cover in the GS game, but they missed a few chances (Green missing a dunk that went the other way for a 3, 5 point swing) among other things and just missed. That game never felt like it was going to cover, so I'm not making excuses, just pointing out that we needed to have most things go our way late in the game for that to happen.

Looks like I had the Washington game reversed. They cover the game, lose the 1H. We have the 1st half. They go under 1H and over for the game. We have Under for the game. Argh..... Those are the types of results that you quickly forget about or they will drive you nuts. The 1H Under in Boston looked shaky early, but as is so typical of NBA basketball the game switched gears and really slowed down in the 2Q. Houston made a statement and blew out OKC, wanting to show everyone who they feel is the real MVP.

So we take our medicine from the opening weekend of the NBA playoffs and move on. We have had a very nice basketball season so far, and as the playoffs move forward I look forward to turning this around very soon.

What a nice day we had on the diamond. 3-1 with a  couple plus $$ winners. I hope you folks played that Chi Sox game later than sooner. I had to get the plays out this morning when the line was +115. That line got up to +142 minutes before 1st pitch before closing at +138. Great pitchers duel and we got the extra innings win with a HR. Boston came through for us very late to get the RL cover and the Under was never really in doubt in Miami. That Under was just a tremendous situational play, making it 15 out of the last 17 times it has gone under. I should have added that bit of info in my writeup. My apologies but it was a nice win. Cleveland continues to struggle, losing outright once again as a big favorite.  Both of last year's World Series teams seem to be suffering from a bit of a hangover.

A nice winning Sunday to end the week on a winning note and a profit. We were due for a solid Sunday and we got one. There is a game very early in Boston, if I have anything I will post it early. If not, everything starts later so I will get the games out by early afternoon after the lines have settled down a bit. Probably around 1pm my time (PST).

I just would like to close with this. I appreciate each and every one of you that take the time to visit my site daily. I put a lot of time and resources into this, and enjoy every minute of it. I am glad many of you find the site worthwhile, or I would not have close to the view counts.  The results that we have had are fantastic, and there is no reason that shouldn't continue. I hope all of you enjoyed your Easter Sunday, and I will see you Monday afternoon.
