The NBA season has come to an end, and once again the Warriors are NBA champions. As a fan of 47 years of all of the East Bay teams, it was obviously a great night. From a gambling perspective, the game had some interesting twists and turns. My buddy once again played the 2Q Under, and what looked like a sure win became a sickening loss. Dubs holding it for one last shot, he has 4.5 points of cushion. Somehow the lane opens up and Iguodala goes down the lane for a dunk with 6 seconds left. Cavs inbound and JR Smith nails a 35 footer for the 1/2 point beat. Sickening.Or how about those that had the 2nd half ML?? Cavs down 11 at the half, down 12 and once again our pal JR hits a corner 3 for the 2nd half ML win for the Cavs. Did you have Dubs -9.5? That shot killed you. Dubs -9? That shot was a push. Cavs +9/9.5? That shot saved you.
I played Cavs +9 earlier in the day for 2U, came back with Dubs -8 for 1U. Bought a half -8.5 to -8. If I wait a bit later I get +9.5 and a complete middle. I did play the Under and once again it goes flying over. I am just a glutton for punishment, after saying I was done with totals I played anyways.
So a wacky game from a gambling perspective, but make no mistake the Warriors closed the deal showcasing their superior talent. KD was incredible and showed that he was ready for the big stage. He was obviously the difference, whenever the offense stalled they just gave it to KD and he drained shots from all over.
So its on to baseball and we had a 2-2 night. I've mentioned previously that I join a discussion group most afternoons and they have had great success. Yesterday I was running late getting ready for work, today I have an appt so not sure if I will be able to post on Twitter later. Yesterday they had a solid day again. It has a lot to do with market analysis and reading the betting and line moves. Its good stuff and I will post those plays between 3:45pm and 4:30pm. The 4PM evening starts will be posted in time, you may have a 15-20 minute window before 1st pitch.
Yesterday they targeted Atl/Wash Over, Seattle, Angels and Under. A nice 3-1. Of course not every day is a walk through a strawberry patch, but I think we can add some solid plays every day. I strongly encourage you to check my Twitter page in the afternoon from 3:45pm-4:30pm.
