---------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Well folks, you were all witness to my worst day of the season. Just putrid. We took a nice profit into the final day of the week and turned it into a 1 unit deficit.

This how the day went:
- Phil/Bos we get Saric knocking down a late 3, and hopefully you folks got the 204 for a push.
- After scoring 40 combined in the 2Q, New Orleans scores 75 in the 2H (their best of the season) to torch our Under
- Lillard scored 48, his 3rd? best game of the season while beating Miami.
- Oregon up 3, RI throws up an airball with 3 seconds. Draw iron, get the rebound and foul, make 2 FTS for the push. The ball bounces high and the clock runs out.
- Baylor up 6, USC chucks up a last second 3 that bricks the front iron, bounces straight to a USC guy in the lane who shot puts a shot up that bangs the front rim and trickles into the bucket as time expires. A push turned into a loss.

Look, the overall picks were a mess. But it would have been nice to catch a couple breaks and make the day not quite as painful. A couple pushes would have been nice, but at the end of the day we got what we deserved.

One thing that is hard not to see is the incredible balance in NCAAB. Many 1st round games were close, and the 2nd round saw several upset wins. Gone are the days of stockpiling rosters, kids want to go where they can play.  Every game is on television now, the coaching has never been better, the exposure never greater.

Ok, its a new week. A bitter disappointment to end the week, but lets not lose sight of the overall picture. The last 2 months we are up a solid 24 units, and the season combined basketball is still excellent. I'm not going to let one awful day ruin my outlook. Its one of the things you must do, quickly forget about bad days and move on.  We all have them.

I'm still fighting my nagging illness, so thats why I waited until this am to post.  Here are the plays:

                                     NCAAB
Tennessee-Martin/Campbell 2U OVER 149: (70-35, 11-9)
Akron +5: (19-7, 2-2)
Colorado St -4.5: (19-7, 2-2)

                                    NBA
Washington/Boston UNDER 217: (79-28, 4-2) (16-5, 0-0)
Philadelphia +5.5: (53-26, 8-8)
Philadelphia/Orlando OVER 216: (43-20, 11-10)
Utah -2: (31-15, 7-6)
Golden St -1: (37-10, 9-3) FAV ONLY
Golden St/Oklahoma City UNDER 223: (61-27, 17-9) (60-27, 17-9) (29-8, 9-5)
Los Angeles Clippers 1H -6.5: (110-58, 7-6)

The 2U NCAA play is a game where BOTH teams trigger the play, and when I apply an additional filter the record is 10-2. Its a very nice play and we will make it a 2U play. As you can see, some of my better angles are performing a little flat this year.  I'll reevaluate after the season, but for now they are plays. The Dubs/OKC Under looks like a nice play too but I'll stick with a 1U on that game.

Its a new week, and hopefully we do what we usually do. Bounce back after a bad day. Have a great day and good luck with your action.
