Cue The Eagles......."One Of These Nights"....and man was it. It was one of THOSE nights.
Lets start with the NBA, where we went 2-2 and missed out on a 4-0 by 3 points. Portland an easy winner, I mentioned that I liked it a lot and should have just put down 2U. Frustrating NBA for sure.
The NCAAB went 1-2, and we suffered yet another ridiculous beat on an Under. These guys scored 56 the last 10 minutes, and 32 the last 5 minutes. We were treated to more fouls and layups, and the final kick to the groin occurred on the final shot of the game. Tennessee is up 7 points and they launch a deep 3 that hits for the final points. It went from a push at 161 to a loss at 87-77. Brutal.
Folks there will be days like this. Overall the basketball has won over 34 units on the year, so no reason to panic over a few tough beats. You shake it off and move on to the next day, and that is exactly what we are going to do.
I will post what I have so far for Tuesday in a few moments. If you haven't done so, please participate in the poll I have posted. I have a feeling most like the record and comments, but would like to see how prevalent that is.
